Following in the footsteps of my family …
My grandfather, Arturo Sbragia, grew up in Guamo, a small village outside of Lucca, Italy. For generations, the family grew olives and made oil for their personal use. Growing up, I heard stories of the many marvels of olive oil and, of course, homemade vinegar. It was perhaps those stories which led me down the path to produce olive oil in the purest of Tuscan traditions.We are, and will remain, a small boutiqueoil producer and will strive to achieve an excellent award-winning quality oil in the tradition of my family.
